  3. Compost Area Open on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9AM-3PM. 2023 Resident Parking Sticker Required. Visit the Public Works page at nahant.org for a full list of acceptable material.
  4. Recycling for metal/white goods/tv/computers: Last Saturday of each month until October 28th from 8:00am-12pm behind the DPW Garage on Flash Rd. 2023 Resident sticker required. Visit the Public Works department at nahant.org for accepted material. Certain fees may apply
  5. Curbside Leaf pick up begins in October on every Monday (except Columbus Day). The week of Columbus Day bags will be picked up that Tuesday October 11th. Leaves must be in biodegradable bags ONLY. No open barrels, roots, root balls or branches bigger than 4” in diameter. Bags must be out by 7AM.
  6. Market by the Sea (formerly Nahant Farmers Market): Saturdays 10AM-1PM at Flash Road October 14th. For more information or to become a vendor visit the market page at nahant.org or email ktaylor@nahant.org
