Commercial: new work $100.00 plus $17.00/fixture
Sewer Connection: $60.00 plus $17.00/fixture
Ejector Pumps: $60.00

Gas Fees
Residential: $80.00 plus $12.00/fixture
Up to 250,000 BTU: $65.00
Over 250,000 BTU: $75.00
Range Replacements: $65.00
Water Heater Replacements: $65.00
Dryer Replacements: $65.00

Commercial: $100.00 plus $17.00/fixture
Re-Inspection Fee: $60.00
Pressure Reducing Valve: $65.00
