CPC Grant Application

Important notes before you begin:

(1) This grant application is STEP 2 of a two-step process. You may only proceed with this application if you have received prior approval from the CPC via its Eligibility Application.
(2) If you are not able to complete the application in one sitting, please choose “SAVE AND CONTINUE.” You will be prompted to enter your email address and you will receive a link via email to your saved application.

*SNOW STORM PARKING BAN* There will be a snow storm parking ban in effect beginning Friday February 20th at 8:00pm until Saturday February 21st at 6:00am. ALL vehicles must be removed from the street during this time.
