3:00 PM PUBLIC HEARING continued public hearing on an administrative appeal filed by Bruce & Karen Marshall of 28 Emerald Road, Nahant, Massachusetts, on December 10, 2024 (the “Appellants”). This appeal is from the determination of the Building Inspector to issue a Building Permit for the property located at 30 and 30A Emerald Road, Nahant, Massachusetts, owned by Eight One Eight Design and Development, LLC. The Zoning Board of Appeals closed the evidentiary portion of the hearing, and the matter was continued until February 18, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. for deliberation only.
