3:00 PM PUBLIC HEARING on the petition filed by Robert Savage owner of the property located at 2 Summer Street Court, Nahant, Massachusetts, appealing the denial by the Building Inspector of a building permit to build a one-story addition, 11’ x 10’7” in size where the proposed addition would violate Section 5.03 of the Zoning By-Laws. The applicant seeks a special permit or variance for the extension of a Left Side Setback of 4’6”, where the minimum allowed is 10’.
