3:00 PM PUBLIC HEARING on the petition filed by Dean Kim, owner of the property at 59 Fox Hill Road, Nahant, Massachusetts, appealing the denial by the Building Inspector of a building permit to build an attached 2-car garage with living space above and a small connector walkway in the rear yard from the existing house to a roof deck.  The applicants seek special permits where the proposed lot coverage is 33%, where the maximum allowed is 25%; the proposed floor area ratio is 58%, where the maximum allowed is 45%; where the proposed rear yard setback is 15’, where the minimum allowed is 20’.
