Planning Board Meeting

AGENDA
- Review and approve minutes;
- Old Business: Continuing discussions (if any) on unfinished business from Planning Board meeting of October 19, 2021;
- New Business: Urgent new business (if any) arising after posting of agenda;
- Administrative matters: Continuing discussion of Planning Board’s upcoming tasks and responsibilities;
- Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, s 21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to litigation in the matter of Northeastern University v. Town of Nahant Planning Board where a discussion in open session will have a detrimental effect on the Planning Board’s litigation position and the chair so declares.
NOTE: At 7:00 pm, the Planning Board meeting will suspend and convene a scheduled public hearing. The following two petitions/special permit requests will be heard:
(1) Special Permit Application by Two Wilson Rd, LLC for the removal and reconstruction of a non-conforming building with an address of 2A Wilson Rd located on the same premises as 2 Wilson Rd, Map/Lot 25A-0-408; and
(2) Special Permit Application by Two Wilson Rd, LLC for zoning relief and Inspector of Buildings Appeals: Retail use of property for a building with an address of 2A Wilson Rd located on the same premises as 2 Wilson Rd, Map/Lot 25A-0-408.
At the conclusion or continuation of the public hearing, the Planning Board will resume its meeting and agenda.
