1. Approve prior minutes

2. Two submissions have been received for the vacancy for our Alternate position:
• Edward Goodrich, Lennox Rd
• Scott Kirkland, 27 Emerald Rd
• The candidates will be invited to our next scheduled meeting
• Final step will be to schedule a joint meeting with the BOS in February

3. Status of 3A MBTA zoning by law and Zoning Map approved by Town residents on November 19th, 2025 at a Special Town Meeting:
• Attorney General
• EOHLC (Executive Office of Housing & Livable Communities)

4. A Wireless Special Permit application is expected to be delivered to the Town Clerk soon. Several decisions have been granted by the SPGA- Planning Board

5. 2 Wilson Rd filed a building permit but there is a Special Permit granted with subsequent hearings and those decisions can not be found at the Registry Of Deeds.

6. The Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals are the Special Permit Granting Authority under certain circumstances: a joint meeting to coordinate the process for the Inspectional Services Department is ideal with a possible joint meeting.
