Nahant Dog Officer

 

 

On Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 7:00pm,  Nahant’s Dog Hearing Officer – Jennifer McCarthy – will conduct a dog classification hearing pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws c. 140 §157.  The hearing was requested as a result of an incident on May 5, 2023, involving a canine residing at 20 Sunset Road.  The hearing will occur in Nahant Town Hall, 334 Nahant Road in Conference Room #2 and via Zoom by using the information below.
