Town of Nahant

On Monday, September 30, 2024 (6:00pm), Nahant’s Dog Hearing Officer – Jennifer McCarthy – will conduct a dog classification hearing pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws c. 140 §157. The hearing was requested as a result of an incident on May 24, 2024, involving a canine residing at 81 Willow Road. The hearing will occur in Nahant Town Hall, 334 Nahant Road in Conference Room #2 and Via ZOOM.
