Approve minutes from 10/26/23 Discuss results of discussion with Town Administrator re: Request for wider hourly rate for program director based on scope of responsibility and experience – if needed Proposal to increase committee size from 5 to 7 and process to have approved at Town Meeting – 2024 Clarification of requirements to donate used,  low value- town assets to non-profits Status of open projects: December hand out for Johnson School parents of students, especially those for 2^nd & 3^rd grade. Program description, dates, suggestion that kids get swimming lessons over winter. Draft survey for parents to see how they feel about the program and whether it is meeting their objectives. Quotes for  for new outboard motor and for Rhodes 19 trailer
