2. Reminder of Joint Meeting with the BOS and the Planning Board to vote on the appointment of an alternate member to serve on the Planning Board is scheduled for Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Please check the community calendar for ZOOM details.

3. Status of 3A MBTA zoning by law and Zoning Map approved by Town residents on November 19th, 2025 at a Special Town Meeting:

4. A Wireless Special Permit application has been filed with the Town Clerk on January 7, 2026. The SPGA is the Nahant Planning Board. Discuss the next steps

5. Follow up to 2 & 2A Wilson Rd

7. The Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals are the Special Permit Granting Authority under certain circumstances: a joint meeting to coordinate the process for the Inspectional Services Department is ideal with a possible joint meeting.
