1. Approve PRIOR meeting minutes:

2. Discuss recent concerns from residents that could impact the upcoming Special Town Meeting on the proposed zoning by-law Section 16: Multi-Family Overlay District and Zoning Map (3A/MBTA). This process follows our Public Hearing held on September 23, 2025 which was not brought up at that time.

3. The Special Town Meeting will be Wednesday, November 19, 2025 in the Town Hall starting at 7:00pm. We will need to prepare for a rehearsal with Fin/com & BOS

4. Discuss the proposed Castle/Gardner/Goddard roadwork and sidewalk plans as proposed by the Board of Selectmen.

5. Familiarize ourselves with a Special Permit application for the Wireless Special Permit; per zoning bylaws Section 13.
