1. Approve prior minutes: 1/20/2025

2. Status of 3A MBTA zoning by law and Zoning Map approved by Town residents on November 19th, 2025 at a Special Town Meeting:
• Attorney General
• EOHLC (Executive Office of Housing & Livable Communities)

3. A Wireless Special Permit application has been filed with the Town Clerk on January 7, 2026. The SPGA is the Nahant Planning Board. Crown Castle representatives will be meeting with the Planning Board to discuss their application under section 13 of Nahant’s Zoning By laws

5. Comments from the public will be withheld until the Special Permit Hearing which will be determined at tonight’s meeting
