UPDATE: The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) has formally transitioned to The Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC). This is based on Governor Healey and Lt. Governor Driscoll filing Article 87 legislation earlier this year to establish a stand-alone secretariat focused on housing.
