The Nahant Historical Society will kick off their 50th Anniversary year with a party at the Nahant Town Hall.

The event will consist of presenters, young and old, who will celebrate Nahant’s history through poetry, song, reminiscences, and speeches. For these readings/performances, we would require use of the stage area. We plan to serve hors d’oeuvres, both buffet style and passed.

This will be the first of four events to be held throughout 2025 in honor of the Society’s 50th Anniversary. We chose January 19th, because the Nahant Historical Society was incorporated on this date in 1975 as part of the year-long events planned by the Town’s Bicentennial Committee to celebrate the country’s bicentennial. The event will be free and open to the public.
