ROLL CALL;  Vote to Approve Prior minutes; Town Assessor job description;  Personnel: Vacation payroll, HR salary study; 2024 ATM Outcome FY2025 salary and classification plan; Absentee Report;  Emails and Correspondence; Abutters Lists; FY2025 Real Estate & Tax Rate Setting Project; FY2025 Preliminary Taxes;  Senior Means Tested Exemption; Residential Exemption- progressivity;

Financial Items:

Approve vouchers; FY24 & FY25 budget status;FY24 Budget detail = Tranfers: FinCom & BOS meeting;   Monthly Abatement reports; FY24 Boat excise status; LA19 appeal status;

  1. FY25 BUDGET – salary report

Any other items that may arise from date of posting to meeting time may be included as new business. This is especially true due to the Town Hall being closed for the 4th of July Holiday.
