This will be the 9th Annual Good Hope Running & Walking Well 5K. In the past have we have done this race in Beverly, Lynnfield and Peabody. Proceeds from past races have been used to dig wells in Kenya, Tanzania, Gahanna and Morocco. Proceeds from this race will be used to dig a well in Uganda.

The race will begin and end at Lowlands Park in Nahant and take you on a scenic 5K walk or run through the town. See race route below
