BOARD OF SELECTMEN

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Nahant Board of Selectmen will be holding a public hearing on Wednesday May 4, 2022 at 6:30pm via Zoom and local broadcasting on a petition received from National Grid, North Andover, MA 01845 to be granted permission to excavate the public highways and to run and maintain underground electric conduits, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as it may find necessary for the transmission of electricity, said underground conduits to be located substantially in accordance with the plan filed herewith marked: Ocean St. Nahant, MA 01908. Plan #30555213 Ocean St. install beginning at a point approximately 150 feet southwest of the centerline of the intersection of Valley Road and Ocean Street and continuing approximately 5 feet in a southeast direction. Install 1-3” conduits approximately 5 feet from pole 3 to house 7.
