LEGAL NOTICE:TOWN OF NAHANT  CABLE TELEVISION-LICENSE RENEWAL JOINT PUBLIC HEARING – COMCAST AND VERIZON – Nahant Board of Selectmen, the statutory Cable License Issuing Authority, will hold a cable license renewal joint hearing on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. pertaining to Verizon New England (Verizon) and Comcast Cable Communications Management (Comcast) in connection with the possible issuance of a cable television renewal licenses.  The hearing will be held virtually. This hearing is being held pursuant to Massachusetts regulations – 207 CMR 3.00 (Cable Licensing) – to review draft renewal licenses submitted by Comcast and Verizon.  Possible final action to approve these licenses may be considered and taken by the Board.
