1. Meeting Opening – “This meeting is posted as an emergency in order to avoid interference with the Planning Board’s required notice process of their Public Hearing. Discussion on this article by the Board of Selectmen occurred on Wednesday February 21, 2024. The Town was advised of necessary changes to be included in the proposed article.”
2. Vote to amend the proposed changes to Section 2 (Definitions) and Section 10  (Flood Plain District) of the Zoning By-laws and send them to the Nahant Planning Board in order to comply with 2020 Model By-law updates from FEMA
3. Adjourn
