The Assessors will present information necessary for the Tax Classification Hearing.
The Board of Selectmen will vote on:
1. Residential Exemption
2. Senior Means Tested Exemption
3. Small Commercial Exemption
4. Open Space discount
The Assessors will provide information to the Selectmen on each topic such as:
Impact on tax burden for Average Single Family residence
