a. Metal/White Goods/TV/Computer Recycling – The last Saturday for the season will be October 25th from 8am-12pm noon behind DPW garage. Certain fees apply. Visit the community calendar at nahant.org for more information.

a. Fall Curbside Leaf pick up- every Monday until November 24th. Leaves must be in biodegradable bags ONLY. No open barrels, roots, root balls or branches bigger than 4” in diameter. Bags must be curbside by 7AM.

b. Real Estate Bills have been mailed out and are due November 3, 2025.

3. New Business

a. Vote to Schedule a date for Special Town Meeting in November 2025 at the Nahant Town Hall, 334 Nahant Road, Nahant, MA.

b. Vote to Open the Special Town Meeting Warrant

c. Vote to Add Section 3A/MBTA Communities Zoning By-Law Article(s) to the Warrant

d. Vote to Close the Special Town Meeting Warrant and send to the Town Clerk and Constable for Notice Posting

e. Discussion, consideration, and possible vote to appoint new Town Administrator pursuant to Section 4 of the Nahant Town Administrator Act

f. Vote to authorize Town Administrator to act on behalf of the Board of Selectmen in filing applications and executing agreements for grants and/or loans for planning or construction of Water Pollution Abatement Projects or Drinking Water Projects available through the Massachusetts Clean Waters Act and the Water Pollution Abatement Revolving Loan Program.
