10 Fallon Way continued from March 17, 2026, on the petition filed by Jean Allen, Architect, on behalf of Luigi and Maria Acierno, owners of the property located at 10 Fallon Way, Nahant, Massachusetts, to allow the petitioner the opportunity to reconsider and improve plans in response to input. Note: The ZBA has received a request to further continue this matter.

75 Bass Point Road continued from March 17, 2026, on the petition filed by Steven Cleary, owner of the property at 75R Bass Point Road, Nahant, Massachusetts, to allow abutting neighbors who could not be present to attend or provide comment where the applicant believed they had sent in an email or letter in support but that it was not yet received by the ZBA.

148 Wilson Road continued from March 31, 2026, on the petition filed by Steven and Helen Fawcett, owners of the property located at 148 Wilson Road, Nahant, Massachusetts, to allow the petitioner the opportunity to reconsider and improve plans in response to input and obtain clarification of the surveyor’s calculations.

Following all hearings, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a brief meeting to discuss administrative matters.
