NAHANT PLANNING BOARD

The Nahant Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 7:00pm to hear and act upon the submission of an Article for Nahant’s 2024 Annual Town Meeting for Zoning Bylaw changes provided by the Board of Selectmen of Town of Nahant. The Article seeks updates within certain Nahant Zoning Bylaws referencing floodplain districts that reflect model bylaws provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency required in local bylaws for communities participating in the National Flood Insurance Program.
