Shelly Goehring from the Massachusetts Housing Partnership will be presenting information on establishing an Affordable Housing Trust in Town, which is also being presented at Town Meeting in May.

She will describe what a municipal affordable house is, how to establish one, and what it can mean for the Town of Nahant. She will also have a question and answer session for anyone who is interested.
