Affordable Housing Public Forum #2 – Focusing on Housing Strategies

The Town of Nahant, the Nahant HPP Advisory Committee, and MAPC (Metropolitan Area Planning Council) are inviting Nahant residents to attend their second public forum which will focus on Housing Strategies at Town Hall on Thursday, June 15, 2023 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
The upcoming event will feature a review of the planning done so far, a presentation of suggested strategies and opportunities for development, and dedicated time for attendees to share their opinions and ideas. We need to hear from you to pursue housing strategies that work for Nahant.

This event will also support the Town’s efforts to meet the requirements of a new state law, M.G.L Ch. 40A, Section 3A, that requires Nahant to establish zoning that promotes multifamily development.
