NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA
POSTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF MGL 30A §§18-25

Date and Time: Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. Eastern Time
Location: Selectmen’s Meeting via Zoom

A quorum of the ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS (the “ZBA”) will attend the Selectmen’s meeting for purposes of discussing litigation in the matter of Kallenback v Zoning Board of Appeals, regarding 30 and 30A Emerald Road, Nahant, Massachusetts. The ZBA expects that after a vote, all such discussions will be held in an executive session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(3) and that the ZBA will not reconvene afterwards.

Please use the same ZOOM access numbers as the Selectmen’s meeting.
