Inspectional Services

Inspectional Services is located in Nahant’s Town Hall. Applications for permits may be completed online or in person at Town Hall, Monday thru Thursday 7:30 AM until 4:00 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM until 12:30 PM.

Permits are required for any project involving new construction, plumbing, gas, sheet metal and electrical work on your property (including fences) or renovation or alteration of existing work.
