B. Tax Classification Hearing:

Town of Nahant – Select Board Tax Classification Hearing
The Nahant Town Assessor and Board of Assessors will provide a presentation to The Nahant Select Board for the purpose of a public hearing.

This meeting will be Hybrid via ZOOM and Nahant Town Hall, 334 Nahant, Road, Nahant, MA on September 23 2026.

The purpose of the Hearing is to allow tax payers the opportunity to present their views on whether or not Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Open Space, and Personal Property should be taxed with one rate for all property classes or to use different tax rates for different classes of property.
