2. Openings on the Planning Board for the April, 2026 elections.

3. Status of Wirelesss Special Permit application – the shot-clock was tabled last week while waiting for MPE study that T-Mobile agreed to supply. Guests may appear: Crown Castle representatives, and Michael Lawton, Isotrope to discuss the date of a SPECIAL Wireless Meeting.

4. Continue discussion of Castle Rd, Gardner Rd, Goddard Rd sidewalks and road improvements

5. Zoning Board of Appeals:
• Letters to ZBA submitted
• Properties requesting special permits and or variances to be listed at meeting

6. Status of grants to update Nahant’s Zoning by laws and Master Plan.
