2. A Wirelesss Special Permit application has been filed with the Town Clerk on January 7, 2026. The SPGA is the Nahant Planning Board. Discuss the next steps and critical steps. Discussion with Crown Castle representatives, Michael Lawton, Isotope and Planning Board members

3. Invited candidates for alternate member position on the Planning Board for a question & answer session:
• Edward Goodrich
• Schedule a Joint Meeting: BOS and the Planning Board to vote on the appointment of an alternate member to serve on the Planning Board.

4. Status of 3A MBTA zoning by law and Zoning Map approved by Town residents on November 19th, 2025 at a Special Town Meeting:
• Attorney General

5. Review any correspondence (Lynnway, workshops, forums, etc)

6. Status of grants to update Nahant’s Zoning by laws and Master Plan.

7. Comments from the public and other new agenda items up for discussion
