2. Opening Comments
a. Town Hall will be closed on Monday October 13, 2025 in observance of the Columbus Day Holiday
b. Metal Recycling pick-up: Metal/White Goods/TV/Computer Recycling – The last two Saturday’s for the season will be Saturday October 4th and Saturday October 25th from 8am-12pm noon behind DPW garage
a. Fall Curbside Leaf pick up- begins October 4th on every Monday (except Columbus Day) until November 24th. Leaves must be in biodegradable bags ONLY. No open barrels, roots, root balls or branches bigger than 4” in diameter. Bags must be out by 7AM.
c. Johnson School PTO Halloween Bash – Saturday October 18, 2025 – Trunk or Treat from 4pm-6pm and Halloween Bash from 6pm-8pm. All events take place at the Little League field and parking lot on Flash Road.
d. Water/Sewer/Trash Bills have been mailed out and are due October 20, 2025
e. Real Estate Bills will be mailed out October 1, 2025 and will be due November 2, 2025.
f. National Grid Town Wide Planned Power Outage: Tuesday October 7, 2025 (rain date October 8th). Interruption of power will begin at 10:00pm and last to approximately 6:00am.
