b. Vote to Approve Collective Bargaining Extension Agreements for the Nahant Fire Union IAFF Local 2718, The Nahant Police Union Local 194, and the Nahant Public Works and Administrative Employees Union Local 2610.
c. Vote to Appoint Interim Town Administrator to start on July 1, 2025.
d. Vote to Approve Appointment of the Building Commissioner.
