3:00 PM PUBLIC MEETING to discuss litigation strategy with respect to Kallenback v Zoning Board of Appeals, an action pending in Essex Superior Court regarding 30 and 30A Emerald Road, Nahant, Massachusetts. The ZBA expects that after a vote and if approved, all such discussions will be held in an executive session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(3).
