3:00 PM PUBLIC HEARING on the petition filed by Jill and Keith Milano, owners of the property at 124 Castle Road, Nahant, Massachusetts, seeking a special permit to change the orientation of the stairs to face into the driveway instead of the street. The Building Inspector denied the building permit on November 9, 2023, where the proposed project violates Section 5.03 of the Nahant Zoning By-laws in the following respects: where the proposed front setback is 5.6’, and the minimum allowed is 25’, and, where the proposed right side setback is an extension of the same 3.4’, and the minimum allowed is 10’.
