1. Minute approval for April 25, May 2 and May 16, 2023
2. Planning Board Response to Short-term Rentals and changes at Town Meeting to non-owner-occupied properties now being not permissible in R1 and R2 districts
3. Propose revised or withdraw proposed regulations to non-owner-occupied properties that clarifies the Town Meeting vote in the Table of Uses
4. Propose revise or amend proposed regulations submitted on owner-occupied properties that will aid Short Term Rental Committee.
5. Housing Production Committee Community Event Thu Jun 15^th 7pm Town Hall
   • review recommended policies and programs that aim to lower housing costs
   • introduce new housing options
   • participate in Open House Survey – release TBD.
