Notice is hereby given that:
Application for a New S. 15 Off Premises All Alcohol Package Store License has been applied for by Nahant Richland Retail Corp., dba Richland Convenience, 332 Nahant Rd, Nahant MA 01908 under the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law.
Any protests, if any there be, against the issuance of such changes will be heard at the hour of 6:30 p.m., or as time allows, on the 1st day of April, 2026 during the regularly scheduled Board of Selectmen’s Meeting via Zoom.

ZOOM information can be requested by emailing or calling the Town Administrator at anieto@nahant.org or 781-581-0088 ext. 212. ZOOM information can be requested before the hearing and up until the hearing is occurring.
