2. Opening Comments
   1. Hazardous Waste Collection Days: August 31^st and October 12^th from 8am-12pm at the Lynn DPW. Certain fees apply. For a list of accepted material, cost and more, visit the community calendar at nahant.org for more information.
   2. Metal/White Good/TV/Computer Recycling: Last Saturday of each month from 8am -12pm behind the DPW Garage. Resident parking sticker required. Certain fees may apply. Visit nahant.org for a full list of accepted material.
   3. Compost Area Open on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9AM-3PM. 2023 Resident Parking Sticker Required. Visit the Public Works page at nahant.org for a full list of acceptable material.
   4. No Dogs on Beaches: Starting May 1st through September 30^th each year except on Doggie Beach.
   5. Parking Stickers: 2024 Resident Parking Stickers now available for purchase at nahant.org. Stickers are $10 each. All outstanding bills must be paid to the Town and a census completed before purchasing.
   6. Nahant Market by the Sea: Saturdays, July 20th, August 17^th and September 14^th from 10am-1pm at Flash Road Park. To become a vendor visit the market page at nahant.org for application

National Grid Public Hearing: petition received from National Grid to be granted permission to excavate the public highways and to run and maintain underground electric conduits together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as it may find necessary for the transmission of electricity, said underground conduits to be located substantially in accordance with the plan filled herewith marked: Willow Road Nahant

Adjourn to Executive Session: Pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to litigation – Northeastern University Marine Science Center, 430 Nahant Road Nahant, and to discuss pending litigation strategy regarding the Town of Nahant versus three (3) Coast Guard Housing tenants, if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.
