The amendments include: adding section 13.08: \n1.) The application for an Eligible Facilities Request shall be made to the Administrative Approval Granting Authority\, the Planning Board.\n2.) The design of the Eligible Facilities Request shall maintain the original appearance.\n3.) The Town Clerk shall accept application and materials/documentation.\n4.) Eligible Facilities Requests shall demonstrate compliance with all FCC rules and regulations.\n5.) Radio Frequency Emissions Analysis: This MPE report shall include all existing and proposed new equipment. \nAnd additional updates concerning enforcement\, consultant fees\, MPE reports exceeding FCC limitations\, spelling corrections\, and improvement to certain sentences for clarity. \nCopies of the revised zoning bylaws section 13 are available at the Town Clerk’s office and Town website\, Nahant.org.
