DESCRIPTION:Come join in the fun and help kick off the July 4th Holiday in our Horribles Parade! \nParade participants should start to gather at 4:30pm at the Spring Road Basketball Courts. Parade will start at the courts and will end at Flash Road Park. \nParticipants can dress up in costumes of red/white/blue garb\, characters\, theme costumes\, group costumes and more!
