Return for programs March 11\, 18\, and 25\, 4:00 at the library. All programs are free. \nToday’s program: join Sharon for a presentation on the “ten thousand” books that began the Nahant Library\, creating one of the oldest municipal library collections in Massachusetts\, and therefore the country. Learn about William Wood and his vision\, along with the dozens of people who donated books to make it happen. Yes\, it takes a village to make a library! This project is made possible thanks to Community Preservation Act funding to photograph the books.
