DESCRIPTION:PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA NEMMC District Board of Commissioner’s Meeting \n  \nOctober 26\, 2023 \n  \n09:00 AM \n  \nIn person at NEMMC \n118 Tenney Street \nGeorgetown\, MA 01833 \nRemote Public Access via Zoom- (see below) \n  \nAs posted with Commonwealth of Massachusetts Office of Secretary of State\, the Executive Office of Administration and Finance\, the State Reclamation and Mosquito Control Board and all subscribing communities\, there will be a meeting of the Northeast Massachusetts Mosquito Control and Wetlands Management District (NEMMC) Board of Commissioners to be held on October 26\, 2023\, at 09:00 AM at 118 \nTenney St. Georgetown\, MA 01833. The public will have remote access to this meeting\, link below. \n  \nWe are meeting remotely in accordance with An Act Relative to Extending Certain State of Emergency Accommodations (“Act”)\, which was signed by Governor Baker on July 16\, 2022. On March 29\, 2023\, Governor Healey signed a bill\, extending the expiration date of the temporary provisions regarding remote meetings from March 31\, 2023\, to March 31\, 2025.\, allowing a public body to continue holding meetings remotely \nwithout a quorum physically present at a meeting location as long as it provides “adequate\, alternative” access to remote meetings. \n  \nAgenda as Follows: \n  \n\n1.
