DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF ADVANCED \nREMOVAL OF EARLY VOTED BALLOTS FROM ENVELOPES AND ADVANCED DEPOSITING OF EARLY VOTED BALLOTS \n2024 PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY ELECTION \n \nIn accordance with the provisions of Chapter 54 section 25B as amended by Section 10 of Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2022\, the Town of NAHANT will be opening and/or depositing early voted ballots at the Town Hall\, 334 Nahant Road\, Nahant\, MA. on March 1st starting at 1pm. \nWe respectfully ask that observers register in advance (before the end of the business day prior) by emailing the Town Clerk @ ddunfee@nahant.org. \nA full record of advance removal and advance depositing will be kept. \nIn accordance with the provisions of Chapter 54 section 25B as amended by Section 10 of Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2022\, no results shall be determined or announced until after the time the polls close on March 5th.  At that time\, the results from the advance processed ballots will be added to the election day results and posted in a public place.
