Registration will begin at 5pm and parade will start at 5:30pm. \nThe race will start at the Spring Road Basketball Courts and march to the Flash Road Park. \nParticipants can dress up in a costume or Fourth of July garb\, decorate bikes\, scooters\, strollers etc. \nCome and join in the fun and help celebrate the July 4th holiday!! \n
